Turmeric Powder FAQ

Is turmeric powder the same as haldi powder?

Yes. Haldi is the Hindi name for turmeric, so turmeric powder and haldi powder are the same spice.

Does it contain added colour or preservatives?

No. Our haldi is just ground turmeric, with no added colour and no preservatives. Its golden colour is natural.

How much should I use?

Most home recipes use between a quarter and one teaspoon for a dish that serves four. It is usually added early, to hot oil or ghee.

Which pack is the best value?
